1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Avenia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
2. Description of Service
Avenia is an informational platform designed to help immigrants navigate the U.S. immigration system. The app provides: • Educational resources and guides • An AI-powered assistant for general information • Document organization tools • Community forums • Links to third-party resources and legal aid organizations
3. Not Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: Avenia is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. All content is for general informational purposes only. The AI assistant does not create an attorney-client relationship. Always consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation. Immigration laws change frequently and individual circumstances vary greatly.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Premium Services
Avenia offers optional Premium membership. New web subscriptions cost $0.99 USD per month and renew monthly until cancelled. Web payments use Stripe. You can manage your subscription and payment method from the Premium page. Contact Avenia Support about billing or refund requests. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's billing procedures. Premium includes ad-free guides and AI form walkthroughs. All plans include up to 5 shared AI text requests and 2 shared document requests per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Free AI letters are limited to 1 per day; Premium letters share the 5 text requests. Essential resources and SOS tools remain free.
6. Community Guidelines
When participating in community forums, you agree NOT to: • Post false, misleading, or harmful information • Impersonate attorneys or legal professionals • Share others' personal information without consent • Post spam, scams, or fraudulent content • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Avenia — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Sonoran Palm Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party links, government websites, or legal aid organizations referenced in the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
