Delete account and data
Request deletion of your Avenia account and associated data. The team must complete account and stored-file removal; submitting this request does not immediately erase them.
The request covers your profile, plan, documents, appointments, cases, associated community content and unused AI credits. Necessary payment records are retained for accounting obligations, disputes and fraud prevention.

You can also request deletion without signing in by emailing from your account address to sonoranpalmsoloutionsllc@gmail.com. Subject: Avenia account deletion. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
